About the race
Get to the Point 5K Run/Walk is a longstanding charity event held in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, at St. Stan’s Catholic Academy (12 Newel Street). In its 31st year, the day features a 5K run/walk and children’s dashes (25, 50, and 75 yards for ages 2–12).
There are awards for top finishers and a post-race party with raffles, a DJ, music, prizes, and refreshments, with proceeds benefiting St. Stan’s Catholic Academy. Registration options include 5K only, 5K with dashes, or kids’ dashes.
