Event Information
The Georgia Police and Fire Games 5K is part of the 42nd Annual Georgia Police and Fire Games. The event will take place at Hobgood Park in Woodstock, GA.
Participation
The race is open to all participants, including civilians, as well as active and retired law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, and other public safety professionals. The event is described as family-friendly.

Awards
Awards are given in separate categories for Police & Fire participants and Civilians. For the Police & Fire category, there are overall awards for the top male and female finishers, plus awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in age groups for males and females (20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+). For Civilians, there are overall male and female awards, and the top three males and females in numerous age groups starting from 10 and under up to 71+.
Registration
Registration is available in two categories: one for Civilians and one for Police and Fire Department personnel (active and retired). The registration fee for both categories is listed as $35.00 plus a processing fee. The event's policy states there are no refunds unless the Refund Protection Program was purchased.
