Bespak GEAR 10K : King's Lynn, 3 May 2026
The Bespak GEAR 10K takes place in King’s Lynn, a historic Norfolk market town, with the start at Tuesday Market Place. The route is flat and runs through the town centre, along the River Ouse pathway and The Walks. Runners pass local landmarks including the Custom House, Red Mount and Greyfriars Tower. The event attracts large fields each year and a family Mini GEAR event uses a 1.9KM course on the same day, starting from Tuesday Market Place after the 10K.
Race details and on-the-day services
Entrants must be 15 years or over on event day. Race services include chip timing, a finisher’s goody bag, an exclusive medal and an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt. On course there are water stations supplying 330ml bottles and recycling bins at each station. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will carry flags showing target finish times.
Event facilities include an Event Village with food and drink vendors and partner charities, a designated Baggage Store (use the tear-off strip from the race number), toilets located around the stadium, and medical cover with fixed first aid stations near water stations plus a first aid unit and recovery area near the finish. MarathonPhotos will take event photographs and results will be published on the event website. Travel options include car, bus and rail, with parking available at several local car parks.
