Event overview
The Bespak GEAR 10K takes place in King's Lynn, a historic Norfolk market town, on Sunday 3 May 2026. The start line is at Tuesday Market Place. The course is described as flat and follows a scenic route through the town centre, along the River Ouse pathway and The Walks, passing landmarks such as the Custom House, Red Mount and Greyfriars Tower. The event has sold out in recent years. Entrants must be 15 years or over on event day.

The event includes chip timing, a finisher’s goody bag and an exclusive medal, with an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt. Water stations on course provide 330 ml bottles and recycling bins are available at each water station. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will carry flags showing target finish times. A designated Baggage Store is provided, with a tear-off strip on the race number used for bag claims. Toilets are located around the stadium and a first aid unit, recovery area and roaming first aiders will be available near the finish and at regular intervals on the course. An Event Village will offer food and drink outlets and host partner charities. Race photographs will be taken by MarathonPhotos and results will be posted on the event results page after the race.
