Bespak GEAR 10K : King's Lynn
The Bespak GEAR 10K is a town-centre road race held in King’s Lynn, a historic market town in Norfolk. The main course covers 10 km and runs through the town centre, along the River Ouse pathway and The Walks, passing landmarks such as the Custom House, Red Mount and Greyfriars Tower. Entrants must be 15 years or over on event day. The event has sold out in recent years.

The event uses chip timing and includes a finisher’s goody bag and an exclusive medal, with an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt. Water stations on course supply 330 ml bottles and have recycling bins nearby. Pacers with visible flags will be available on course. Facilities listed for race day include an Event Village with food and drink vendors, baggage store using a tear-off strip from the race number, allocated toilets around the stadium, fixed first aid stations near water stops, a first aid unit and recovery area near the finish, roaming first aiders, and on-course photography by MarathonPhotos.
