Gear 10k

Gear 10K, staged in King's Lynn, a historic market town in Norfolk, offers a popular 10-kilometre route through the town centre, along the River Ouse pathway and The Walks. The flat, fast course is suitable for all abilities and frequently sells out. Runners pass landmarks such as the Custom House, Red Mount and Greyfriars Tower, enjoying a picturesque spring atmosphere.

The event includes chip timing, a finisher goody bag, an exclusive medal, and an option to pre-order a finisher T-shirt. On-course water stations, marshals and medical support accompany a family-friendly village with partner charities and a Mini GEAR for youngsters.
