Event overview
The Bespak GEAR 10K takes place in King's Lynn, a historic Norfolk market town, on Sunday 03 May 2026. The main race is a 10 kilometre course that is described as flat and scenic. The route passes the town centre, the River Ouse pathway and The Walks, and goes by local landmarks such as the Custom House, Red Mount and Greyfriars Tower. The event attracts thousands of runners each year and recent editions have sold out. The start line is at Tuesday Market Place.

Entrants must be 15 years or over on event day. Timing is by chip. Included items listed for entrants are a finisher’s goody bag and an exclusive medal, with an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt. Water stations will supply 330 ml bottles on course and recycling bins are provided at each water station. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will be on course with flags showing finish times. Designated baggage storage, allocated toilets, fixed first aid stations near water stops, a first aid unit and a recovery area near the finish are provided. An Event Village will offer food and drink for purchase and host partner charities. MarathonPhotos will take event photographs and official results are posted after the race. The event includes recycling measures and a JogOn trainer drop-off for used trainers. Parking, bus and rail access are listed for travel to the event.
