Bespak GEAR 10K : King's Lynn, Sunday 03 May 2026
The Bespak GEAR 10K is a road race held in King's Lynn, a historic market town in Norfolk. The event uses a scenic, flat course that runs through the town centre, along the River Ouse pathway and The Walks. Runners pass local landmarks including the Custom House, Red Mount and Greyfriars Tower.
The event attracts thousands of runners each year and has sold out in recent years. Entrants must be 15 years or older on event day. Run For All encourages people with specific requirements to make those known in advance.
Included for participants are chip timing, a finisher’s goody bag and an exclusive medal, with an option to pre-order a finisher t-shirt. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will be available on course, carrying flags with target finish times. Water stations will supply 330 ml bottles; recycling bins are provided at each water station.
On event day an Event Village will offer food and drink for purchase, host partner charities and provide baggage storage, toilets and a first aid unit. MarathonPhotos will take photographs during the race; images can be purchased afterwards. The event promotes sustainability with litter and recycling facilities and a JogOn trainer drop-off next to the Race Office. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
