GCR Firecracker 5K

The GCR Firecracker 5K takes place in Naples, Florida on July 4, 2026, with the venue listed as Fleischmann Park, 1600 Fleischmann Blvd. The course is a double loop through Lake Park and the race start is located by the water treatment plant on 10th St. N.

Packet pick up is available on Friday, July 3 at Naples on the Run and on race day at Fleischmann Park. Participants receive a T-shirt at packet pick up, a finisher medal after the event, and age group awards.

A kids race is organized as a half mile loop that starts and ends at the 5K finish line balloon and does not require sign up. The event program also includes the GCR Freedom Swim at Lowdermilk Park. Proceeds from the GCR Firecracker 5K will go to the Gulf Coast Runners Youth Development Fund. Registration opens August 1, 2025 and closes February 28, 2026; the registration fee is $30.00.
