About the race
Gateway to Yosemite 5k/10k in Merced, California features a 5k Run/Walk, 10k Run, and a 1K Parent and Me event on September 21, 2025. The race begins and ends at Fahrens Park Disc Golf Course (3400 San Lorenzo Way). The course winds through Fahrens Park’s trails, including disc golf course and dog park, with a 10K turnaround at General Vang Park.
The event offers a spacious setting and supports the Aletha June All-Inclusive Playground at General Vang Pao Park, featuring inclusive swings and slides with Spring 2026 opening.
