Garden City Backyard Ultra

Garden City Backyard Ultra (GCBU) 2025 is staged at the Toowoomba Showgrounds Caravan Park in Glenvale, Queensland, Australia. It follows the Backyard Ultra format: a 6.71-kilometre loop run on the hour, every hour, continuing until only one competitor remains. The event creates a high-endurance atmosphere as participants tackle one more lap at a time, often captured by the rallying cry “Just one more lap.” For participants and spectators, camping is available with several options (1 to 4+ nights) and attendant registration.
