Course Details
The swim takes place at the main beach of John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. The water is described as salt water with no current, and is relatively shallow.
The bike course is an out-and-back route on Overseas Highway/Card Sound Road. The run courses are 3.5 or 6.2 miles long and go through a neighborhood in the Florida Keys.
All races finish at John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Participants receive a finisher medal, and hand-crafted awards are given for age-group categories.
