The Game On Key Largo Triathlon takes place on August 16, 2026 at John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park in Key Largo, Florida. The event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon.

Course Description
The swim occurs at the main beach of John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. The water is clear salt water with no current, described as warm and relatively shallow.
The bike course is an out-and-back route on Overseas Highway and Card Sound Road.
The run course is either 3.5 miles or 6.2 miles through a Florida Keys neighborhood. The route passes colorful conch houses.
Finish and Awards
The finish line is back at John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Finishers receive a coral reef-themed medal. Age-group awards are hand-crafted and presented three deep, with categories up to 80+ years old. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
