5K & Fun Run for LIFE
The event takes place on November 7, 2026, at Hibernia County Park in Coatesville, PA. It is organized as a community running and walking event that also serves as a fundraiser for Chester County Connect Care.
Distances:
- 5K Walk/Run (paved road and gravel)
- "Fun" Run/Walk - One Mile (flat paved surface)
The 5K course includes both paved road and gravel; participants who plan to push a stroller are advised to use a stroller. Only 5K participants receive a race bib with a timing chip and official timing results. Walk participants do not receive a timed race bib or official timed results.
Registration and fees are set per event. For the 5K the registration fee is $35; for the one-mile event the fee is $20. Registration opens and closes on the dates listed by the organizer. Registrants who order after October 14, 2026, are not guaranteed T-shirts or medals.
The event is a fundraiser for Chester County Connect Care. The stated fundraising goal for 2026 is $65,000. Funds raised after expenses will support the organization's program work providing free medical, educational, and material support to at-risk women and families facing unplanned pregnancies.
