About the race
Fundacion Ser Feliz 5K Run/Walk is a community running and walking event held in Cunningham Park in Queens, New York. The event combines a short road course with race day services and participant recognition.
The event is organized by the Ser Feliz Foundation, which supports children with cancer and their families. The foundation describes its programs as focused on emotional, recreational, and human support to help participants and families rediscover smiles, strength, and hope. Programs aim to strengthen morale, resilience, and family bonds and to create spaces where laughter and hope provide emotional relief.
Event amenities include live online, text, and email results, free finish line photos and video, and a finisher medal for all participants. Registered participants who register at least three weeks in advance are eligible for a personalized bib. Same day and same event photo services are provided.
Bib pickup is available on race day in Cunningham Park Field 10 in Bayside, NY. A bib number is required for pickup; self lookup and bib lookup options are listed for participants. Last minute registrants within 24 hours will receive their bib number by text within 90 seconds.
