Fuel Your Fire 5K
The Fuel Your Fire 5K is an annual community event held in Wonewoc, Wisconsin, organized as part of the local Family Fun Day celebrations. The event features two distinct distances:
- 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles)
- Kids 1/4 Mile Run
The course utilizes multiple surfaces throughout the route, including paved roads, sidewalks, and the gravel 400 trail. The start and registration area is located at Fitness & Fuel 4 You on Center Street. Participants in the 5K run receive race bibs and have their finishes recorded by a running timer, while those opting to walk the course are untimed.
Available registration includes a short-sleeve T-shirt, with a cutoff date of June 1, 2026, to guarantee shirt availability. The event acknowledges the top two male and female finishers with medals and offers various surprise prizes. All proceeds from the registration fees are donated to the local Wonewoc schools.
