Fuel Your Fire 5K
The Fuel Your Fire 5K returns to Wonewoc, Wisconsin, for its second annual edition held during the local Family Fun Day. The event features two distinct participation options to accommodate various ages and preferences:
- 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles)
- Kids Run (1/4 mile)
The course is designed as a multi-surface route, incorporating paved roads, sidewalks, and the gravel sections of the 400 Trail. Participants in the run receive race bibs, and the event utilized a running timer to record finishing times. Those participating in the walk remain un-timed.
The race starts at Fitness & Fuel 4 You on Center Street. Registrations completed by June 1, 2026, include a short-sleeve T-shirt. On the day of the event, participants can collect their packets on-site at the starting location.
Awards are presented to the top two male and top two female finishers in the form of medals. Additional surprise prizes are also distributed. All proceeds generated from the registration fees are donated to the local Wonewoc schools. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
