Celebrate a Nurse 5K and 1 Mile Walk
The Celebrate a Nurse event is the fifth annual run and walk held on May 2, 2026 at the Madison College - Reedsburg Campus in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. The program includes in-person 5K and 1 Mile events and a Virtual 5K option.

Proceeds benefit a scholarship for Madison College – Reedsburg nursing students. The 5K course may be walked. Only participants in the in-person 5K are timed; awards for top first through third place male and female finishers are given in each age division and are presented immediately after the race. Virtual 5K entries are not eligible for top three finisher awards. Virtual participants who live in Sauk County may pick up items at the Reedsburg campus; items for other virtual participants will be shipped.
In-person registrants may transfer their entry to the virtual race if they are unable to attend. The 5K age divisions are 17 and under, 18 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, and 50 and over. Team entries have no additional charge and there is no size limit for a team. Teams may compete for an award for the most creative team attire as described by the organizer.
