Entry includes a long sleeve 1/4 zip tech shirt, a finisher medal, free race photography, age group awards, overall/master/grandmaster awards, and team competition. The race shirt is guaranteed to the first 500 registered.

Awards include Ken Combs Running Store gift certificates to top finishers (overall and masters) and to the top three in each age group. Age groups run from 9 and under through 80 and over. The Polar Bear Grand Prix Team Challenge accepts 3 to 5 person teams in Male, Female, or Coed divisions; the fastest three on each team are scored and there is no additional fee to participate. Packet pickup and late registration are available the day before at Ken Combs Running Store and on race day at locations in Cherokee Park.
