Frostbite 5K Run

The Frostbite 5K Run takes place on Saturday, February 7, 2026, in Fremont, MI (ZIP 49412). The event headquarters is the Fremont High School cafeteria. The start and finish are on school grounds. The race began in 1979 as part of the Fremont Winterfest Celebration and is a fundraiser for the Fremont Boys and Girls Cross Country teams.

Course maps for the 5k and 10k are provided as downloadable PDFs. The standard entry fee is $35 per runner; the late registration fee is $40. On-site registration is available on race day from 8:00 to 8:45 a.m. Long-sleeve shirts are available to pre-registered participants.
