Front Range Ultra Dayze
Front Range Ultra Dayze is an ultrarunning event in Loveland, Colorado, held on a 2 mile loop course that is approximately 80% dirt trail and 20% pavement. The loop runs from Centennial Park through River’s Edge Natural Area and returns to Centennial Park with runners reentering the start/finish from the opposite direction. The course is described as flat and fast.
The event offers multiple timed and distance-based options. Time-based events include 100 hour, 72 hour, 48 hour, 24 hour, 12 hour, and a 50k option. Distance-based events include 200 mile and 100 mile options. Timed-race entrants may stop before their allotted time and still receive results and awards; distance entrants must complete their declared distance before the event’s final cutoff or be recorded as DNF. Multiple start dates are available; late starts are permitted but the official time is based on the published schedule.
The race is chip timed and wearing the timing chip correctly is required. No pacers are permitted on course; crew assistance is allowed only in designated crew areas. One aid station is located beside the start/finish and will be staffed continuously, with hot meals provided twice daily. Camping is allowed in the race’s designated area with specific rules about stakes and pop-up weights. Registrations receive a dry bag and a pompom beanie; finishers receive buckles for achieved distances. Special top-three awards are planned for male and female categories.
