Brimbank Park Running Festival
The Brimbank Park Running Festival takes place on Sunday 22 March 2026 at Brimbank Park, Keilor. The event offers a range of trail race distances and uses parkland, wooded riverside trails and a river crossing with a small number of climbs. The venue is about 15 minutes north-west of the city.

- 2 km
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 21 km
- 42 km
- 50 km
A team challenge is part of the event. Teams from schools, clubs or workplaces record a team name, earn one point for each kilometre completed, and the team that covers the most kilometres wins prizes.
Maps and downloadable GPS files are provided for each distance, including GPX and CRS files and printable PDFs. Check-in and the race briefing are compulsory and competitors collect race bibs at check-in. A tiered fee structure applies for 2026 with special, early bird, standard and late pricing; listed prices include GST and a booking fee is added at checkout. On-day registration is available with an additional administration fee.
A cafe is located in the park and a playscape is available for children. Trailsplus donates one dollar per participant to Canteen; in 2025 the event had 274 competitors and a total of $331 was donated to Canteen. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
