Frick Park Race
This event is an orienteering-style scavenger hunt through Frick Park with no set course. Participants navigate between checkpoints placed in the park to complete the course. Photos from July 2024 are used to illustrate the event format and setting.
Two course options are offered:
- 10 checkpoints suitable for participants new to orienteering.
- 20 checkpoints intended for returning participants or those familiar with orienteering.
Phones are permitted on course to improve accessibility, while noting that phones are typically restricted in standard orienteering events. Registration completed before April 30 guarantees a race shirt.
After the event, local vendors will be present on Reynolds Street. 77 Club will offer pizza and Two Frays Brewing will have a pop-up presence each week. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
