Be A Warrior 5k
Be A Warrior 5k takes place on May 30, 2026 in Elizabeth, Pennsylvania at 651 Round Hill Rd, Elizabeth PA 15037. The event features a 5k (3.1 miles) run on a hilly, cross country style course and is sanctioned by USATF.
On-site registration is held at the Harmony House Shelter, the last shelter at the back of the park. Online registration is open from April 1, 2026 until April 7, 2026; race day registration is also available before the race. Parking is available in the lots at the back of the park; parking on the grass is not allowed.
Proceeds support the Elizabeth Forward High School Cross Country Team. Water stops are to be announced. Participants are asked not to use headphones and not to bring pets.
Awards are given to the top three male and female overall, masters male and female, and top three in each age group: 10 and under, 11 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 24, 25 to 29, 30 to 34, 35 to 39, 40 to 44, 45 to 49, 50 to 54, 55 to 59, 60 to 64, 65 to 69, and 70 and over. Medals will not be mailed.
The organizer has a zero refund policy. Entrants may transfer their race entry or distance at any time before the race; additional fees may apply. Preregistered runners receive a shirt if they sign up by the date used for shirt ordering. Extra shirts after that date are first come, first served. No shirts will be ordered after the race and no shirts will be mailed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
