About the race
The Frick & Frack 5k is a community-friendly running and walking event held at the Military Aviation Museum in Virginia Beach, VA. It offers a 5k Run/Walk and a Frick and Frack Kids 100-yard Dash, described as a FUN run/walk rather than a timed race. The morning atmosphere emphasizes love, prayer, fellowship, and family, with a survivors-focused spirit and the slogan Her fight is OUR fight.
A Survivor Rate discount is available for cancer survivors. All proceeds stay local to benefit the Free Range Sisters Foundation, aiding female cancer warriors with medical connections, transportation, and comfort baskets. Packet pickup is at New Realm Brewery.
