Frick & Frack 5k
The Frick & Frack 5k is a community fun run and walk held at the Military Aviation Museum in Virginia Beach on October 24, 2026. The event is organized as a non-timed, recreational run and walk and includes a short kids dash that follows the 5k.

The event program includes a 5k walk or run with an open course trail format, a special discounted survivor entry for participants identifying as cancer survivors, and a kids 100 yard dash for ages 0 to 7. Registration opens August 1, 2026. Standard registration for the 5k closes October 1, 2026; survivor and kids registration remain open through October 24, 2026. Published entry fees are $40 for the standard 5k entry, $30 for the survivor rate, and free for the kids dash.
All proceeds stay local and benefit the Free Range Sisters Foundation. The foundation provides support for local women affected by cancer, including medical connections and assistance, transportation, comfort baskets for recovery, household support, and financial help.
