Frick & Frack 5K
The Frick & Frack 5K is a community fun run and walk held at the Military Aviation Museum in Virginia Beach on October 24, 2026. The event is described as a non timed, recreational running and walking event and includes a short race for children immediately after the 5K.

Registration opens August 1, 2026. General 5K registration closes October 1, 2026; survivor and kids registration remain available through October 24, 2026. Fees listed by the organizer are $40 for the general 5K entry, $30 for the survivor rate 5K, and free entry for the kids dash.
All proceeds remain local and benefit the Free Range Sisters Foundation. The foundation provides medical connections and assistance, transportation, comfort baskets for those healing from surgery or chemotherapy and radiation treatment, plus moral support, household care, and financial assistance to local women affected by cancer.
