The 46th Annual Freeze Yer Gizzard Blizzard Run 5K & 10K takes place on Saturday, January 24, 2026, in International Falls, Minnesota. The event offers the following race options:

A commemorative participation medal is included with registration. T-shirts are not included in the standard registration; a separate vendor link is provided for purchases.
Logistics
Race start and registration are located at Backus Community Center, 900 5th St, International Falls, MN 56649. Check-in and bib pickup are available on the day before the race (Friday evening) and on race morning (Saturday morning). The Falls Education Foundation will host a pancake feed the morning of the event; donations are accepted. An awards ceremony for the 5K and 10K will be held in the late morning.
Base entry fees listed on the event page are $30.93 for the 5K and 10K (including a $2.93 fee) and $46.83 for the combined 5K/10K (including a $3.83 fee). Prices increase after January 4, 2026.
