The 46th Annual Freeze Yer Gizzard Blizzard Run 5K & 10K takes place on January 24, 2026, in International Falls, Minnesota. The event offers the following distances:

Race start and registration are located at Backus Community Center, 900 5th St, International Falls, MN 56649. A runner's reception will follow the races. An awards ceremony for the 5K and 10K will take place after the races. The Falls Education Foundation will host a pancake feed the morning of the event; donations are accepted.
Registration and fees
Current registration fees listed are $30.93 for the 5K, $30.93 for the 10K, and $46.83 for the combined 5K/10K; these prices include the stated online fee. The price increases after January 4, 2026. Commemorative participation medals are included with registration. T-shirts are not included in the standard registration and are available for separate purchase.
