Freedomfest 5K - Port St. Lucie
The City of Port St. Lucie will hold the inaugural Freedomfest 5K on July 4, 2026 at the MidFlorida Event Center in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. The event is organized as a community Fourth of July festival with activities for runners, walkers, and families.
The 5K is a professionally managed, chip-timed road race with timing provided by Victory Sports. Each participant receives a personalized race bib with an RFID timing chip, a commemorative event shirt, and a finisher medal. Competitive awards will be presented to the top three overall finishers and to top performers across age groups. Registration for the 5K opens May 21, 2026 and closes May 31, 2026, with a registration fee of $35.00.
The race takes place alongside a festival atmosphere at the MidFlorida Event Center featuring music, dancing, and interactive activities.
