Freedomfest 5K : Port Saint Lucie
The City of Port Saint Lucie will present the inaugural Freedomfest 5K on July 4, 2026 at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. The event is a single 5 kilometer running race open to runners, walkers, and families and is scheduled as part of Independence Day activities.
The race features chip timing handled by Victory Sports. Each participant receives a personalized race bib with an integrated RFID timing chip, a commemorative event shirt, and a finisher medal. Competitive awards will be presented to the top three overall finishers and to top performers in age-group categories.
Registration information is provided for the event with a registration period from May 21, 2026 through June 14, 2026 and a registration fee of $35.00.
Following the run, the MIDFLORIDA Event Center will host a celebration that includes music, dancing, and interactive activities intended for attendees of varying ages.
