Freedom From Seizures 5K South

The event raises funds for the Epilepsy Foundation of Delaware, which has provided free services, trainings, and support programs in the state for over 60 years. Funds raised support essential programs, trainings, awareness efforts, and initiatives to reduce stigma related to epilepsy.
Registration is open from July 8, 2026 through October 9, 2026; the registration fee is $35.00. Participants who register by September 20, 2026 are guaranteed a race shirt.
Awards include medals for overall male and female, overall masters male and female, and the top three in each age group for male and female across standard age divisions. Overall and masters awards are based on gun time; age group awards are based on chip time. Additional awards recognize the largest team, the top individual fundraiser, and the top team fundraiser.
