Franklin Park Turkey Trot

The Franklin Park Turkey Trot is a 5K Thanksgiving Day race in Dorchester, MA, hosted by the Franklin Park Coalition at the Franklin Park Golf Clubhouse (One Circuit Drive). The loop course circles the golf course, starting and finishing near the clubhouse; a map is available. Neighbors from Roxbury, Dorchester, Jamaica Plain and Mattapan participate, making it Boston’s largest Thanksgiving Day race.

The event welcomes all ages and paces, with walking groups, strollers, wheelchairs, and leashed dogs. It’s chip-timed, with awards for finishers, costumes, fastest dog, and fastest stroller; early bib pickup and free entry for kids 5 and under. On-site parking; restrooms; no bag check.
