Facilities and logistics include parking at the Nipmuc High School main lot and additional parking across Pleasant Street at Blackstone Valley Technical High School, a short walk from the venue. Rest rooms are available inside the school and with portable units near the start area. Club tents are allowed only on lawn and patio areas in front of the cafeteria and must be secured. Alcohol is not permitted on school grounds.
Awards are duplicated for male and female and top overall awards are based on gun time. Age group awards are based on net time with categories from 19 and under through 80 and over.
