Francis Parker School 23 Spring Fun Run
A neighborhood running event for students in grades Pre K through 6 held at Francis Parker School 23, 170 Barrington Street, Rochester, NY. The course uses sidewalks along Milburn, Edgerton, Park, and Barrington and finishes in the School 23 parking lot.
Race waves are organized by grade group with different course lengths as follows:
- Pre K and Kindergarten: straight from Park and Edgerton corner to finish
- 1st and 2nd grade: one loop
- 3rd and 4th grade: two loops
- 5th and 6th grade: three loops
Each grade group starts separately; the exact schedule for the individual waves is to be determined. All participants receive a T shirt, beverages, and snacks. Registration for the event is free and donations are accepted. Proceeds benefit the Francis Parker School 23 Parent Teacher Association.
