Reach, Rally, & Run : Raleigh, NC
Reach, Rally, & Run takes place on April 17, 2027 at the North Scott Wake Tech campus in Raleigh. Organized by Fit & Able, this is the 10th running of the event, formerly known as Fostering Footsteps. The event supports the Wake Tech Foundation, which raises resources to help Wake Tech Community College meet instructional and institutional needs and to keep education affordable in Wake County.
The event offers multiple race options:
- 10K
- 5K
- Virtual 10K
- Virtual 5K
- Fun Mile
- Virtual Fun Mile
- Kids in Strollers (open to ages 4 and under)
- Exhibitor
In-person and virtual race options are available. The 10K includes a 5K split. All 5K, 10K, and Fun Mile participants receive a finishers medal and gift, guaranteed for registrations completed by April 4, 2027. Shirts are offered separately. The event includes more than $4,000 in potential awards across overall, age group, specialty, and course record categories.
Referral and team reward programs provide fee refunds and event credits when specified participant thresholds are met; these rewards do not apply to virtual races or the in-person Fun Mile and Kids in Strollers. RaceJoy is provided for live GPS tracking, continual progress alerts, and send-a-cheer features; virtual events support virtual results submission.
