Fort Worth Marathon Festival - November 7 and 8, 2026
The 20th Annual Fort Worth Marathon Festival takes place in Fort Worth, Texas, with race activity centered at Farrington Field and a post-race celebration in Trinity Park. The weekend features five distances:
- Marathon
- 20-Mile Race
- Half Marathon
- 10K
- 5K
The marathon and half marathon courses are USATF certified (Marathon TX24040LAB; Half Marathon TX24041LAB). The marathon is a Boston Marathon qualifying course. The route is described as fast and flat with scenic sections along the Trinity River, Overton Park, and the Colonial area.
Registration is offered in tiered pricing periods with listed fees for each distance through race week. Personalized race bibs require registration by October 14, 2026. Custom race-shirt options for 2026 may include tank/singlet, long-sleeve, and short-sleeve styles; size and style availability is limited after October 15, 2026. Finishers receive commemorative items: a 6-inch finisher belt buckle for the marathon, half marathon, and 20-mile finishers, and a 3-inch finisher medal for 5K and 10K finishers.
Packet pickup is scheduled at several local running stores in the days before the event and limited race-day pickup is available at Farrington Field. All races use professional chip timing provided by Cox Racing Services with live official results. No refunds or transfers are permitted; deferrals are available through October 15, 2026 subject to an administrative fee. Awards are presented overall and three deep by age group for all distances.
