Event overview
The Fort Worth Marathon festival takes place November 7-8, 2026 in Fort Worth, Texas. The event includes the following distances:
- Marathon
- Half Marathon
- 20 Mile Route
- 10K
- 5K
The full marathon and other specified courses are USATF-certified and BQ-eligible. The route runs through areas along the Trinity River, Overton Park, and the Colonial area. The festival is based at Farrington Field, 1501 University Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76107.
Logistics and race services
Entry includes a race shirt, personalized bib, and finisher award. Finishers receive a 6-inch belt buckle for the Marathon, Half Marathon, and 20-Mile; a 4-inch medal for the 5K and 10K. Awards are given overall (male and female), overall masters, and age-group awards (three deep) from 12 & under through 80+. Awards may be picked up at the event or at Luke’s Locker (Fort Worth) starting November 10 and will not be mailed; pickup deadline November 30.
Refunds and transfers are not available. Deferrals to the following year are allowed through October 15 for an administrative fee. Packet pickup is scheduled at multiple local retailers in the days before the event, with race-day pickup available only for out-of-town runners and race-day registrants.
