Event Details

The Fort Gordon Color Run 5K/3K is a community running event on August 15, 2026. It offers two untimed distances: a 5K Fun Run and a 3K Fun Run/Walk. The event is not a race and has no awards.

Course and Activities

The route starts at the intersection of 25th Street and Barton Field on Fort Gordon. Check-in is located at the Softball Complex on Barton Field. During the run, colored powder is thrown at participants at each kilometer marker, accompanied by music.

The event takes place at Fort Gordon in Augusta, Georgia. Several parking areas are listed: along Barton Field, at the Indoor Pool, Signal Theater, Luketina Hall, and Snyder Dental. Detailed driving directions from Gate 1 are provided. Non-Department of Defense pass holders must pre-register online for a base visitor pass at least 24 hours in advance.
