Fort Frenzy Ultra Festival : Vonore, Tennessee
Fort Frenzy Ultra Festival is an endurance event held on the loop trails of Fort Loudoun State Historic Park beside Tellico Lake in Vonore, TN. The course uses a 3.65 mile loop with roughly 500 feet of elevation gain per loop. The trail is a state park system that is described as 100% runnable and 99% on trail; the only non-trail section begins at the pavilion and is paved. The start and finish are located at the pavilion near 338 Fort Loudon Rd.

- 24 Hour endurance race
- 12 Hour endurance race
- 6 Hour endurance race
- 6 Hour Ruck (rucksacks only)
- 3 Hour endurance race
- TN Double Ultra Festival 24 Hour pairing with Three Sisters Ultra
The 6 Hour Ruck division requires weighted packs: men 30 lb dry, women 20 lb dry, boys under 15 20 lb, girls under 15 10 lb. Weight must be verifiable on the plate and removal of weight during the event is not authorized; finishers receive a ruck patch.
The event offers finisher awards for all endurance distances and top three male and female medals. A $500 prize will be awarded to the competitor who breaks the 24 hour course record of 113.15. Packet pickup is available the morning of the race and on August 13 at the Fort. The event emphasizes family access to the course and allows pacers on the 12 and 24 hour races after six hours.
