Forma Hyrox Sim : HYROX Simulation Day
This event on 23 May 2026 is a day of HYROX race simulations that recreate elements of a HYROX competition to test pacing, strategy and performance. Multiple simulation formats are offered, including half and full simulations, with solo and doubles entries.
Available simulation formats and distances:
- Half Sim Solo: 600 m runs with full HYROX stations
- Half Sim Doubles: 600 m runs with full HYROX stations per pair
- Full Sim Solo: eight runs and eight HYROX stations
- Full Sim Doubles: full simulation with eight runs and eight stations per pair
Categories are Male, Female and Mixed Doubles. Small wave sizes and staggered starts are used to create a race-day environment. Wave allocations will be announced 72 hours before the event. A live DJ will provide on-site music during the day.
Entry prices listed by the organiser are: Half Sim Solo £30, Half Sim Doubles £40 per pair, Full Sim Solo £40 and Full Sim Doubles £50 per pair.
