Forget Me Not 5K, 10K & 1 Mile Race 2026
The Forget Me Not Race is a community running event held for its 16th year to raise funds for The Pat Summitt Clinic at The University of Tennessee Medical Center. The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Planet Fitness on Kingston Pike in Farragut, Tennessee, and offers both in-person and virtual participation options.

The 5K course is described as mostly flat and loops through the Village Green subdivision. Packet pick up is available Friday, April 17, 2026 at Little Joe's Pizza, 13100 Kingston Pike, Farragut, TN, with a pick up window of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Virtual participants will receive their race t-shirts by mail after the event.
Registration for the 5K is offered in tiers: Early Bird $30 until March 1, $35 until April 5, and $40 for race week registration. All registered participants receive an official race t-shirt and are eligible for prizes. Top three finishers in the 5K will receive awards, and all participants in the 1 Mile Fun Run receive a commemorative award.
