Forget Me Not 5K Race 2026
The Forget Me Not 5K Race 2026 is the 16th annual event held in Farragut, Tennessee. It offers both in-person and virtual participation and benefits The Pat Summitt Clinic at The University of Tennessee Medical Center to support Alzheimer’s research and care.
The in-person event is based at Planet Fitness on Kingston Pike. The 5K course loops through the Village Green subdivision and is described as mostly flat. A 1 Mile Fun Run is also offered.
Entry fees for the 5K are $30 early bird until March 1, $35 until April 5, and $40 during race week. All registered participants receive an official Forget Me Not Race t-shirt; preferred shirt sizes are guaranteed only for registrations completed by April 6, 2026.
Race packets may be picked up on April 17 at Little Joe's Pizza, 13100 Kingston Pike, Farragut, TN. Packets include a race t-shirt, coupons, giveaways, and related materials. Virtual participants will receive their t-shirts by mail after the event.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in the 5K. All participants in the 1 Mile Fun Run receive a commemorative award.
