Forged Fitness Race
Forged Fitness Race is a combined running and circuit style fitness event held in Billings, MT on June 27, 2026 at 100 S 24th St W. Each format pairs running with full body strength and cardio stations performed in sequence.
Distances and formats:
- Workout Standard - 3 Miles
- Adaptive Standard - 1.5 Miles
- Sprint Standard - 1.5 Miles
- No Run - strength and cardio only
The Workout Standard includes two 1.5 mile runs with intermediate stations: a 1000 m row, 2000 m Airdyne or Echo Bike, 50 burpees, 50 lunges with dumbbells, 50 supine windshield wipers, a 200 m farmers carry, 50 wall balls to 10 and 9 foot targets, and 50 barbell inverted rows.
The Adaptive Standard and Sprint Standard use shorter run segments of 0.75 miles each and a sequence of rowing, burpees, lunges, windshield wipers, farmer carries, wall balls, inverted rows, and a 1500 m bike. The Adaptive Standard lists modified movements such as burpees from a 16 inch box, bent knee windshield wipers, reduced range of motion for thrusters, and step ups for lower limb impairment.
The No Run format omits running and includes rowing, burpees, lunges with dumbbells, windshield wipers, a 200 m farmers carry, wall balls to 10 and 9 foot targets, inverted rows, and a 2000 m Airdyne or Echo Bike.
Divisions specify equipment by category. Men use 35 lb dumbbells, a 20 lb medicine ball, and a 53 lb kettlebell for farmer carries.
