Forged Fitness Race : Billings, MT
Forged Fitness Race on June 27, 2026 combines road running with a sequence of full-body strength and conditioning stations. The event takes place in Billings, Montana at 100 S 24th St W and offers multiple formats that mix running, rowing, bike segments, and bodyweight or weighted exercises. The standard format includes running bookending a circuit with rowing, burpees, lunges, windshield wipers, farmer's carry, wall balls, barbell inverted rows, and an Echo/Airdyne bike segment.
Event distances and formats include:
- Workout Standard - 3 Miles
- Adaptive Standard - 1.5 Miles
- Sprint Standard - 1.5 Miles
- Team Race - 3 Miles
Divisions specify weights and targets by participant category. Men use 35 lb dumbbells for lunges, a 20 lb medicine ball for wall balls, and a 53 lb kettlebell for farmer's carries. Women use 25 lb dumbbells, a 14 lb medicine ball, and a 35 lb kettlebell. The adaptive division uses reduced range of motion and different medicine ball weights (men 14 lb, women 10 lb) and includes run/walk and modified movement options. A no-run option is described with equivalent rowing and bike distances.
