Forge Fitness Turkey Trot, Buffalo MN
The Forge Fitness Turkey Trot is the fourth annual community 5K run/walk held in downtown Buffalo, Minnesota on November 26, 2026. The event is presented as a non timed, non chipped 5K run/walk and is open to participants of all ages.
The event is family and dog friendly; strollers are encouraged for young children and dogs must be leashed. Registration and pricing follow a tiered schedule: adult registration (18+) is listed at $38 through September 30, rising to $50 on October 1. Registrations completed by October 25 are guaranteed an event shirt, breakfast from Forget Me Not Cafe, hot coffee and cider, swag, and a raffle ticket. Registrations after October 25 are charged $25 and do not include a shirt, though a limited number of shirts will be available for purchase on the day of the event. Youth registrations for those under 18 are $10 and include breakfast and swag but not a shirt or raffle ticket.
All proceeds from this year’s event are being donated to YOUth Rising, an organization that empowers families, schools, and community members to create environments that support healthy development from birth through adulthood through education, community engagement, and youth leadership.
