Footin' It For Family 5k

The organization formed a 5K team in 2012 to honor family members affected by cancer and participated in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Elmira from 2012 to 2016, raising and donating $15,500 during that period. In 2017 a committee formed to host an independent 5K to benefit local communities. In its first year hosting the race the group donated $5,500. In the most recent two years the race raised $35,000 each year.
