Folsom Lake International Triathlon - Granite Beach, Granite Bay, CA
The Folsom Lake International Triathlon is a multi-sport event held at Granite Beach on Folsom Lake. The 2027 edition is the race's 15th year and will be limited to 300 athletes. The event offers an Olympic-distance triathlon and an Aquabike, both sanctioned by USA Triathlon and requiring an annual or one-day USAT license.
Included for participants are a pair of custom TBF socks, a swim cap, post-race refreshments and a Folsom Lake Triathlon finishers hat. Commemorative race t-shirts are available for purchase for $20 when ordered before May 2.
Awards are given to first place overall male and female champions, three-deep awards in five-year age groups, and top relay teams in male, female and coed divisions. The Aqua-Bike has overall awards for the top three male and female finishers. Relay team awards are presented for the top three teams in each division.
Packet pick-up takes place on race morning at the venue. A volunteer program offers a $50 TBF Racing volunteer voucher for a typical four-hour shift; volunteers are used to support multi-sport event operations.
TBF Racing maintains a no refund policy; refunds requested prior to race week are issued as race credit minus a $25 processing fee. Participant and event transfers are allowed with a $25 fee and are subject to time restrictions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
