Follow the Flag 5K Trail Race
The Follow the Flag 5K Trail Race is scheduled for July 11, 2026 in Pleasant Grove, Utah, near E Grove Creek Drive. The event is a five kilometer trail run that finishes beneath a large American flag displayed above the finish area along Grove Creek.
The listed course is described in three sections. The first mile is relatively flat and fast. The second mile climbs uphill and is expected to raise the heart rate and reduce the size of the lead pack. The final mile is primarily downhill, leading to the finish along Grove Creek.
