Follow Me 5K and Fun Run
This community event at Trinity United Methodist Church in Anderson, SC, features two timed running events held as part of a spring festival. The event includes race awards, a pancake breakfast, a bake sale, and children’s activities on site.

- 0.5 Miles Fun Run, one lap
- 3.1 Miles Follow Me 5K, two laps
Registration opens on 2026-03-03 and closes on 2026-04-29. Published registration fees are $10.00 for the fun run and $30.00 for the 5K. Fees increase one week before the race to $15.00 for the fun run and $35.00 for the 5K. A referral discount of $20.00 is noted for five or more referrals. T shirt orders to be included in race packets must be placed by 2026-04-22. Packet pickup is available the day before at the side parking lot next to the outdoor playground and on race day at the same location.
Awards and event extras include overall first place gift cards for male and female winners ($25.00 for the fun run, $50.00 for the 5K), age group medals, pancake breakfast plates, bake sale items, and BOGO awards depending on placement. Door prizes are drawn from race bib numbers and require presence to win. Race packets and race bags contain multiple giveaway items. Festival activities include kid’s games, bounce houses, music, pancake breakfast and kids art and face painting. Proceeds support the churchs local community efforts.
