2027 Flutie 5K for Autism: Palm Bay, FL
The Flutie 5K for Autism takes place on April 25, 2027 at Fred Poppe Community Park, 1951 Malabar Rd, Palm Bay, FL 32907. Contributions from the event benefit the Florida autism community through the work of Great Leaps Academy.
The event program includes multiple event options:
- 5K Run or Walk - 5K
- 5K Roll for wheelchairs and handcycles - 5K
- Chirichella Adaptive Division - 5K for athletes with autism or developmental disabilities
- Kids' Fun Run - 400 m, ages 10 and under
- 5K Your Way virtual option - 5K
Registration notes: most in person 5K events open registration on October 1, 2026 and close on February 15, 2027. The Kids' Fun Run opens registration on January 15, 2027 and closes February 15, 2027. The virtual 5K option remains open until April 25, 2027. Registration fees listed by the organizer include $28 for standard 5K entries, $8 for the kids' run, and $35 for the virtual 5K.
