Fluff the Halls 5K and Holiday Festival
The inaugural Alpaquita Ranch Fluff the Halls 5K and Holiday Festival takes place at Alpaquita Ranch in Monte Alto on December 5, 2026. The program combines a chip-timed 5K run and ruck with a daylong festival on the ranch.
The running offerings include a festive 5K Run/Ruck for runners, walkers and families, chip timing, a participant t-shirt for those registered by 10/23/26, trophies for top male and female, age-group awards for multiple brackets, and race-themed bibs. A military and first responder pricing tier is listed alongside general registration fees.
Festival activities center on the ranch environment and seasonal features. Attendees can see alpacas and Highland cows on site, experience the Christmas tree season opening weekend, listen to live music, browse a holiday vendor market, and sample food, wine and beer. The program also lists family activities and other holiday experiences. The first 50 people to register for the 5K will receive a pair of reindeer ears.
