The 16.5 mile bike course heads west into Alabama, passes under the Perdido Pass Bridge, returns east into Florida on Perdido Key Drive, includes River Road and the Theo Baars Bridge, and finishes back at the Ole River Grill. Bike helmets are required and participants must walk bikes through the transition area. The run departs from the Ole River Grill, proceeds west into Alabama, turns around under the Perdido Pass Bridge, and finishes in front of the Flora-Bama on the south side of Perdido Key Drive.
