Flat Rock Trail Race is a trail running event in Dunstable, Massachusetts, with proceeds benefiting the Humane Society for Greater Nashua. The course is a marked 5-mile loop that includes trail, single-track sections, and sections on old railroad bed and former farmland.
Runners pass over the stone Arched Bridge in the Arched Bridge Conservation Area, run along the old Nashua, Acton and Boston railroad bed, and traverse areas that include a former granite quarry, the former Ferrari farm, the top of the former Blanchard Hill Ski Area, and Flat Rock Hill. Each 5-mile loop has nearly 600 feet of elevation gain.
The event lists two race formats:
- 5-mile run/walk/hike
- 6-hour timed event on the same 5-mile loop; complete as many laps as desired within six hours
