Corewell Health Flat River Belding Labor Day 5k & 1 Mile Fitness Walk
The event is a community running and walking occasion held in Belding, Michigan on September 5, 2026. The course begins at Belding High School, 850 Hall Street, and includes a timed 5K and a 1 mile fitness walk.

Registration for the 5K opens June 5, 2026. Early registration for the 5K is $30 through August 23, then $35 through September 4, and $40 on race day. The 1 mile walk registration fee is $15. Preregistration for the 5K includes a T-shirt; shirts are available at the event for $10 while supplies last. Packet pickup is available on race morning from 8:00 am to 8:45 am.
The event will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be available live during the race and posted on the event website. Awards include medals for overall male and female winners and for overall Masters male and female (40 and older). Age group medals are awarded three deep across the listed age brackets.
For safety, dogs, bicycles, scooters, and rollerblades are not permitted. Strollers are welcome and should start at the back of the field.
