Event overview
The Flapjack 5K is a road race on 15 March 2026 at Torbay Velopark, Penwill Way, Paignton TQ4 5JR. The course is on flat, smooth tarmac and begins with two laps of the Velopark. The race then continues on an out-and-back section using a newly laid tarmac path, finishing at the same line used for the Donut Duathlon. Minimum age to enter is 11 on the day. The Donut Duathlon takes place later the same day at the same venue and is a run-bike-run event with distances that vary by age.

Race entry includes chip timing with instant results, a flapjack for all finishers, a finishers medal and podium medals, professionally marked and marshalled routes, water at the feed station, toilets and changing rooms, professional first aid, event caterers, event photos (social media resolution with logo; hi-res available for a charge), personalised race number for entries made at least two weeks before the race, and public liability insurance. Parking is available in the leisure centre car park; a special arrangement sets a maximum daily parking charge of £5.30 when the voucher from reception is displayed on the windscreen.
