Event Overview
The Five at the Fort is a 5k run/walk event taking place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, in Fort Loramie, Ohio. All proceeds from the event benefit the Damian Bruns Memorial Fund, supporting local Fort Loramie programs and causes in memory of Damian Bruns.
Event Details
The start and finish line is at the Liberty Days Picnic, at the shelter house along Louis Street next to the youth park in the center of town. The event uses a professional chip timing system managed by Can’t Stop Timing Company from Piqua, Ohio.
The schedule includes packet pickup and registration from 7:00 AM to 8:15 AM. A free half-mile fun run begins at 9:15 AM, with registration open until 9:00 AM.
Awards are announced at the conclusion of the race. Medals are given to the top three finishers in each male and female age group. A $100 cash prize is awarded to the overall first-place male and female runners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
Registration & Fees
- $25: Pre-registration fee, includes a shirt if registered by June 11th.
- $15: Pre-registration fee without a shirt.
- $20: Day-of-race registration fee (no shirt included).
