Fitzroy Frogs Triathlon takes place in Emu Park, Australia on 14/12/2025. The program includes triathlon, duathlon and aquathlon events. Two main distance categories are offered: Enticer (beginner) and Sprint (short course). Shorter kids aquathlon distances are also available. Individual entries are listed at 40.00 AUD. Team triathlon entries are listed at 15.00 AUD. Age eligibility is given by year of birth: Enticer for Year of Birth 2013 and older, Sprint for Year of Birth 2011 and older.
Course and safety
The swim leg for aquathlon and triathlon uses looped courses for the longer events. The Enticer bike course forms the first section of the Sprint bike course; the Sprint bike course continues with a second section. Run layouts differ by category.
- Enticer run: 2 km (1 km out and back)
- Sprint run: 2 laps of 2.5 km
Water safety, course marshals and event instruction are provided. A mandatory race briefing is held before racing and a helmet check will be performed. Emu Park also hosts an annual ocean swim on Australia Day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
