About the race
The Yeppoon ProFeet 5km is a coastal road race held in Yeppoon, Queensland on 25 July 2027 as part of the Yeppoon Running Festival weekend. The event covers 5 km on an out-and-back course that starts on Anzac Parade and finishes at the Yeppoon Lagoon event precinct.
The course follows the foreshore with ocean views, local spectator support and one short rise before the turnaround. The race includes electronic timing, on-course fuel and hydration stations, post-race recovery support and a finisher medal. The first 2,000 registered participants also receive the official event T-shirt where sizes are available. Entries open 6 October 2026 and entry fees vary by booking period.
Race rules permit prams and wheelchairs but require they start at the back of the field; bikes, scooters, handcycles and crank cycles are not permitted. A course time limit of 3 hours 30 minutes applies. Overall male and female placegetters receive trophies and cash prizes, and age-category winners receive a medal plus a voucher.
