The event takes place on October 4, 2026. The address is 81 S Elm St, Wallingford, CT. Race day check-in opens at 7:00 AM. The Youth Race and Healthy Living Walk begin first, followed by the 5K Run.

Registration for the event is only available online and remains open until 8:30 AM on race day. Participants can collect their race bibs during an advance packet pickup on October 2 or on the morning of the event.

Awards

Awards are given for the 5K Run. The top three overall male and female finishers receive awards, as does the top finisher in each of the following age categories: 1-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+ years.

Fees and Perks

Entry fees vary. For the 5K Run, participants aged 19 and over pay $30 before January 1, $35 from January 1 to October 1, and $40 thereafter. Participants under 19 pay a reduced fee of $5. The first 200 registrants for the 5K receive a race shirt, subject to size availability.

The Healthy Living 1K Walk has a fee of $10, though it is free for LiveSTRONG at the Y participants. The first 100 walk registrants receive a shirt, subject to size availability. The Youth Race for participants under 14 has a fee of $5.
