First Pentecostal Church Color Blast
This event takes place at Herndon Park, 511 Scott King Road, Durham, NC 27713, on a course along the American Tobacco Trail. The course is an out and back format and is open to both runners and walkers.

- 5K Run and Walk
- 1 Mile Run and Walk
As participants progress on the course they will be dusted with colored corn starch. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrants who register before 9/4/26. The registration fee for the listed events is $30.00. Registration opens 6/10/2026 and closes 9/3/2026.
Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers overall and to top finishers in each age group: 12 and under, 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 plus.
