Firefighter 5K Atlanta 2026
The Firefighter 5K is a fundraising road race on September 12, 2026, hosted by Atlanta Fire Rescue. The event starts and finishes at Atlanta Fire Rescue Station 1, 71 Elliott St SW, Atlanta, GA 30313. All proceeds benefit the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation.
The distance is 5K for ages 8 and older. A course time limit for the 5K is 1 hour and 15 minutes (25 minute per mile pace). For safety, no headphones, pets, or wheeled conveyances of any kind are permitted on the course; this includes strollers, roller or inline skates, and bicycles.
Event registration opens May 12, 2026. Online registration closes September 11, 2026. Entry fees vary by date: $40 through June 12, 2026; $50 through July 24, 2026; $55 through September 11, 2026; and $65 onsite. Additional fees apply. Participants receive a short sleeve adidas shirt.
Atlanta Track Club events are held rain or shine, but the threat of lightning or other severe weather in the vicinity may result in a delay or cancellation under the club’s event policies.
