Firecracker Frolic 5K - New Germany
The Firecracker Frolic 5K takes place on July 4, 2026, at New Germany Grove Hall, 1640 New Germany Rd, Summerhill, PA 15958. The event begins and ends at the Grove Hall location.

Registration opens May 20 and closes on July 4. Same day registration is available, though T-shirt availability is not guaranteed for same day registrants. Registering by June 14 guarantees a T-shirt. Entry fees start at $25 per individual. Family or team pricing of $20 per person applies for groups of four or more when registered by June 16.
Awards are given by overall finish and by age class. Trophies are presented to 1st overall and 1st place in each age class for both male and female categories. Medals are awarded to 2nd and 3rd place in each age class for both male and female categories.
Walkers are welcome at the event. A kids Lollipop race for children up to 10 years of age is scheduled to take place immediately after the main 5K. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
