Signarama Firecracker 5K - Redding

The Signarama Firecracker 5K takes place on July 4, 2026 at Turtle Bay Exploration Park, 1335 Arboretum Dr., Redding, CA 96003. The event opens with a Red, White and Blue ceremony that includes the Pledge of Allegiance and the Star-Spangled Banner.

Distances offered:

5K - timed fun run, walk, or stroll
440 yards (1/4 mile) - for participants 10 years old and under

Registration opens March 17, 2026 and closes May 1, 2026. The registration fee for the 5K is $20.00 and the fee for the Little Sparklers 1/4 mile is $8.00. Registration includes one pancake breakfast per racer; additional breakfast tickets are available for non-racing family and friends.

A limited edition commemorative t-shirt is offered to participants. Medals are awarded to Little Sparklers participants and medals are also given for patriotic outfits or groups.
